They confuse me with their practices. While they offer some great products and have lead the way on innovation in a number of areas their business model and reliance on what I like to call the "bandwagon factor" bother me to no end. Why all the secrecy? I understand they are in a competitive market, but there should be some level of owness on them to provide their users with real assurance on things like this.
